What people say
Ordering is simple and straightforward
Ordering is simple and straightforward. Shipping took some time only because I ordered engraving and they need time to prepare it. The urn came well packaged and was beautiful.
Oaktree could not have been better
Oaktree could not have been better to work with. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and they immediately voided that order for me. The order I received was beautiful, shipped on time, and well protected. Highly recommend. My only advice for buyers is to note the PRE CREMATION weight is listed (not post). I misread initially, my mistake.
I purchased the Lucy Songbird urn.
I purchased the Lucy Songbird urn for my Dad’s ashes, it is well made. I was very pleased with the quality & the piece. I picked the 5 days shipping and it came in just in time for the wake. It’s the perfect size and it doesn’t look like your average urn. Perfect.
Honest review
When it comes to a purchase like this. You want it to be perfect. They had a wide selection to choose from so I didn’t feel limited or like I needed settle. The offered engraving and that was huge. The marble urn has a heavy, sturdy, durable feel. The marble appearance and finish is smooth and has a perfect amount of gloss. Needless to say. I’m very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend.

Extremely good quality, beautiful product, timely service.
good
customer service
Exceptional Customer Service.
Exceptional Customer Service. I ordered the Lenox Urn with engraving which looked fantastic. However it was damaged in shipping (even though the item was carefully packed) I contacted customer service and they called me back within mins. I followed up via email after submitting some photos and they came up with a plan to replace the damaged bottom and sent me a replacement with an instruction video of how to swap it out. Super friendly support staff and I couldn't be happier with the finished product.
Wonderful service and quality urn.
Bleecker Urn
Bleecker Urn - not exactly as described in the product description. When I brought this to the attention of customer service, they admitted they recently changed their packaging and have not updated their site. They also did not include a bag within the urn as stated. I wished they were more upfront with grieving families.
Absolutely Beautiful craftsmanship

Excellent product. Packed with care.
Beautiful piece
Beautiful piece and the company also sent a handwritten card of condolences
Beautiful Black Marble
I wasn’t sure if this was going to be big enough but the picture doesn’t do it justice. It’s the size of my hand whereas I expected something the size of my palm. The black marble is beautiful and very heavy. It’s a very high quality piece and perfect for the remains I have. We buried my father at sea and kept a small amount of his ashes for home. Truly just what I was hoping for.
I only gave 3 stars
I only gave 3 stars, because I asked for a 24 inch chain for my heart. I requested it in the notes section as it directed me to. I did not get it. Other wise it’s a veey pretty necklace.
Excellent

Very nice vase to put my doggy’s ashes. Wish the engraving was a little larger, but it’s still very nice.
