Priority option useless
Too long to find a booster, even if you pay for priority. Boosters also take too long of a break. I needed 60 lp and it wasnt finished even after 11 hours cuz he only played 6 games.

The service on this site in 2025 is absolutely terrible. It's been nearly two days since I placed my order, and no one has even picked it up. Even worse, their live chat system does nothing but repeat the same message: "Due to the new season, we are receiving a lot of orders. The boosters are trying to catch up, a booster will be assigned as soon as possible. Please be patient." That's it. No apology for the delay, just a dismissive attitude that basically says, "Deal with it." If assigning a booster takes this long, they should at least warn customers about potential delays before placing an order. And when you request a refund, they don’t even give you a full refund—they take 5% as a fee. If your time is valuable, do not waste your money on a site like this.

Should've probably just throw the policies in your face in this case and not refund anything, kind of insane how some people expect an apology when being told that a threat about a review won't make me apologize for letting you wait at the season start, which I had told you BEFORE you placed the order and during it as well. Should've placed the order without any specifications if you'd like a faster service. Please look for another website who'd like to deal with a customer like yours, I won't apologize for standing my ground. 🤡 PS; The customer isn't always right, people like you kind of rephrased this quote to fit yourself.

Company is scamming their own boosters
My experience as a booster with the company has been disappointing. The owner (8701) never responds, fails to pay for the progress completed on orders, delays payments, and provides no explanations for being removed from orders. There’s absolutely zero organization, and the level of ignorance is frustrating. The company currently owes me a certain amount of money, and I’ve been trying to get in touch with the owner for nearly two months without success. Before I requested my first payout, he used to respond to my messages almost instantly, but ever since I brought up the payment, he has stopped replying entirely.
