Presley is the BEST!!!

Presley is truly wonderful to work with. She’s incredibly quick with proofs and sends everything over right away, which makes the whole process feel so smooth and easy. She’s always responsive, helpful, and genuinely cares about getting every detail right. I really appreciate how she stays on top of things to make sure everything is accurate and ships on time. On top of all that, she’s so friendly and kind. I couldn’t be happier with her customer service.

Start to finish

Start to finish, the process was amazing! Tiana was prompt returning emails, updating my order and matched my new signs to the existing ones perfectly! I called in a couple times and Tiana wasn't available and the team member answering the phone was able to pick up the project and answer questions as if I had been working with them the entire time. Great communication across the team and amazing work on the signs themselves!

Professional & High Quality

I had an office door nameplate that needed to be replaced. We have numerous others and the boss couldn't remember where they were bought. I found OSC and they took my old sign and designed it to match my original. Great quality, great price. I appreciate OSC professional attitude. Communication was 10/10. I will be back.
