What people say
Customer Service
Customer Service I will not order again due to customer service experience. My ornament was delivered broken and while I was eventually sent a replacement the process took over two months. I did not realize that customer service agent that initially responded was AI and I followed the steps it instructed. Turns out the AI just says the team is reviewing the claim without actually filing a claim. My issue was not addressed until I requested a live person, and they were so rude! This person informed me I was outside the replacement window and should have followed instructions received with the item. I believe the only reason I received a replacement was that I kept the correspondence with the AI showing I had contacted them within a day of receiving the broken ornament and I was persistent.

Hello Jaime, I'm sorry that it took so long to receive your replacement. It appears that your replacement order was done and there was a glitch in the order processing. The order was never transferred all the way to our fulfillment center which did cause the delay. Unfortunately this does it happen but it was caught when we run a report on our unfulfilled orders. Again, we apologize for the delay in receiving the replacement. Thank you, OWC

It was an average experience
It was an average experience. The ornaments are nice, were not broken, arrived in decent time but were not any more special or glamorous than any others I’ve seen for the price. The special part was their uniqueness.
