LOVE your products and team, just trying to provide feedback. It appears that your online vendor sells your online order data to others. For the first time ever, I ordered something online. I had it shipping to my mother under her name on the shipping info, but included my cell info for contact as I don't like sharing family info. I've since received multiple texts/calls from spammers not related to you all. I know they are from this order because they reference my mother's name but text me at my cell number. I've asked each to remove my info from their databases, but won't order online again...I'll come into the store and ship myself. ---Edit after vendor reply--- I completely disagree with the vendor's reply. I've worked in IT for 20 years and I promise I have never put in a combination of my mother's name and my personal cell phone (new number) together on any form before or since. It is the responsibility of every online vendor to protect their customer's personal data and that was not the case in this scenario. I'm not saying it's OOD fault, it could easily be the backend service they utilize that is brokering their customer data without their knowledge or understanding of their usage agreements.
Adam, We are glad to hear how much you love our products and team! Also, thank you for sharing your concerns — we take privacy very seriously, so I’d like to clarify a few important facts. We do not sell, share, or distribute any customer data — including phone numbers or shipping information — to outside companies for marketing or spam purposes. Our online store operates in compliance with strict privacy policies and data protection standards. It’s also important to note that receiving spam texts or calls after placing an order is, unfortunately, a common coincidence and does not indicate that your information was shared by us. Spammers frequently obtain names and phone numbers from many other sources, such as: Data breaches or leaks unrelated to our store Public records or mailing lists Randomized texting campaigns that pull names from directories The fact that the texts reference your mother’s name is most likely because names and addresses entered in online forms can sometimes appear in public data broker databases over time — but this does not mean they came from our systems. We recommend using a spam filter or reporting the numbers as spam to your carrier. And if you’d like, we can review your order details privately to confirm that your data was handled securely — which it was.
Good stuff!
Patrick, gald you like our stuff! Thanks for your review.
Alma, thank you for your nice review!
I am giving my purchases as gifts to family members, so, unfortunately I haven’t tried them myself. But, my order was packed well and arrived in a short timeframe, so I am pleased with the mailing process. I have tried Olive Oil Devine products in the past and was very happy!

This order was for my niece who lives in Vermont. We both love your olive oil selection, 25 yr. aged balsalmic vinegar, avocado oil and selection of spices/blends. The service is outstanding.
Audrey, We are glad to hear of your approval for our products & service! Thanks so much for your great review.
My order arrived quickly and was well packed. No breakage or leakage at all. When I opened my first bottle the fresh smell of the olive oil was incredible. I ordered the Koroneiki which, in my opinion, is a good general purpose olive oil that is wonderful on salad or to use as a cooking oil for everyday things like eggs. I love this oil and will be ordering again in the future.
Pam, We are glad to hear how much you enjoy our Koroneiki! That is also one our owners favorits. Thanks for your great review!
Ordered online and had speedy delivery
Charla, Thank you for your great review!

Ronald, Glad to hear we pleased you! Thanks for your review.
Our experience was excellent! We received the e-mail about the new flavors of the month. They sounded amazing, so we placed an online curbside pickup order. The order was ready when we got there. They brought it to the car wrapped beautifully in a nice gift bag. They were very professional and courteous. The Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar were amazing. We highly recommend.

The service was great, the olive oil is wonderful, the spice is good too, but the soaps are too strong for my nose. thus only a four star. Michele Mitchell
Hi Michele & Robert, thanks for your review!. Did you know that our soaps aroma begins to mellow with the first use? We hope you will give them time to please you.
