The instructions were not clear. I asked for help and there was not a live person to assist. This process took over 45 minutes to figure out. In the end the forms were incorrectly completed. I was also charged for being an "additional signer" but I was only needing to be a witness. Complicated long and expensive and incorrect.
First time user and I was very impressed with the friendly yet businesslike service of the Notary. She answered my questions and eased my doubts about how to deal with what I needed to do as an expat client currently living in Brazil. I had initially been paired with a Notary who was located in Florida. I realized I needed to get one in my current state, Virginia, and he helped me connect to one. The notary in Virginia was kind, clear with instructions, and helpful. User experience was smooth and not difficult at all.
