I feel that there should be more benefits for the customer, such as a better way to make transfers without charging an amount of 4 per transaction, and they should also integrate with the Zelle system since that makes it easier to pay and transfer money.
I really enjoy how easy everything is to navigate in the app, whether it's transfers or payments, everything is really simple to work. I really also enjoy that you earn points for purchases even just on the debit card, as well as the extra perks for restaurants, gas, and shopping. Really enjoy banking with them!

I had a dispute, I had to send evidence to the company 3 times pictures and contacts info. Walmart even had sent you all the correct total and it still took over a month to get my account corrected.
Everything is easy to understand and I am able to move money to where I need it.

It's a super intuitive app with clear rewards. I've saved so much money just using the debit and credit cards. I've been recommending it to everyone! Automatic savings and investing are awesome. The only thing I'd change is for faster processing of payments to my OnePay credit card from my OnePay checking. Robinhood lets you instantly pay, and if OnePay speeds things up, it will be perfect!
