I thought I was ordering one thing. But I ordered something else, and I think that the process could the benefit from more clarity. And also from a final review of exactly what someone is ordering before they order it. Because it was a very disappointing and frustration to find out that I wasn't getting what I wanted. And then, had to make changes after the fact. And in my case with a marriage pending and needing the documents immediately, which I thought I was getting, created a nightmare for me. However, the quality of the documents were excellent. So I'm happy with what I received. It's just the process of making it happen. I believe there is definitely room for improvement in the ordering process.

Andrew, We are pleased that you were satisfied with the quality of the completed documents. However, your description of the ordering process is not accurate. Before payment, you were sent an itemized invoice and specifically instructed to review it for accuracy. Both your order and invoice clearly identified the selected service as standard processing with a timeframe of 4–14 business days. We received your document on June 29 and completed the apostille on July 10, within that timeframe. The $75 charge was for international FedEx return shipping, not expedited processing. Your first request to expedite the order was made after the standard order was already in process. Your original order also did not include international shipment of a physical translation. That was requested separately after the apostille was completed, and we promptly arranged the additional wet-ink notarized copy and shipment. Nothing was changed by One Source Process after payment; the only post-order change was the additional physical translation you asked us to provide. Our team responded promptly throughout and repeatedly clarified the processing time, translation, and shipping arrangements in writing. Great Service
One Source Process was good at explaining the necessary steps and *exact* formats needed for an apostille. While not cheap, they did provide correct information to ensure a speedy apostille once the documents were submitted. Enough, but not too much, communication throughout the process.

Fast and professional
When I first started looking for apostille services I was skeptical that any of these companies were even legit. The thing that made me go with One Source was they actually responded to negative reviews and either corrected the issue the customer had or called them out if the customer had misrepresented the service they had received. One Source service was fast and professional. They answered all my questions before submission and usually responded within minutes of my quetion. It took about 2 weeks to get my federal background check apostilled and that was from start to finish through the entire process with One source. From uploading my documents on their portal to physical apostilled papers in my hand. If you go through the department of state directly you have to do everything through snail mail and I didn’t have time for that and wasn’t sure if they would reject a copy I printed myself (doesn’t print with the federal seal in the background). One Source was fast and reliable. No worry about the department of state rejecting something and adding weeks to the manual process of submitting requests directly yourself.
