Customer Service is great and report came fast. I also had same experience was told first report was $1.00 but charged $30. They also had me signed up for 30 reports just needed one. I explained this to Jeffrey your rep he cancelled further reports but would not refund my $30. I see a lot of people on here had same experience, signed up for $1 report charged $30.

I requested a report about a property. The report was great and the charge was $1. This was fine. However, 3 days later I was charged again but this time for $28.95. Chase declined the charge automatically. I contacted customer service at onlinedatareports and they claimed I was only charged $1. Somehow they are attempting to fraudulently charge $28.95 through their entity onlinecrimelookup.com when they should have only charged $1. Initial report great but very shady subsequent charge. I’ve now had to cancel my card with chase. Not worth the service whatsoever.

A good service, not great, but no one is. They couldn't find a lien release copy & date, but the vehicle is 29 years old, after all. I am still doing some research with regards to the Title and getting a replacement of the Title.

Easy to locate information
Good : received report in a couple of mins. Good details of current/past owners. Need improvement: lack of pictures of property and property lines, get to know the property the is the main purpose of buying the report.
Simply easy to follow directions. Even looking up info for a application was a breeze. All in all, a pleasant experience.
