Didn't send my Blanton's in the cloth bag. To your reply....consistency is the key to customer satisfaction....I relied on you, but no Blanton's bag....which I needed.

Hello, Thank you for your order and review. As stated in the item description, some bottles do not come with a bag or box. Some cases we receive just come with bottles & no bags/ box. We apologize for the confusion.
We did not receive our order
We did not receive our order. When questioned, they responded and said they would re-send. Only part of our order was received. We were told via email from Customer Service 4 days ago that they would look into the matter and we have not heard anything back. We emailed again, because they do not provide a phone number and asked for a phone call. Not happy with Customer Service.

Customer service is great
Customer service is great. Bought a bottle of Eagle Rare 12yr old bourbon. Original shipment was lost by UPS. They immediately sent a replacement. Very reputable company.
I got the package
I got the package. It ended up arriving almost two weeks after a reshipment since my initial one was lost. The company was prompt with responses to this issue. Packaging was very secure and nicely done.
Never received my package email them…
Never received my package email them they said it got lost in transit and that they would send out another one with a new tracking number and they never did. After 2 days sent me a email asking me to rate my experience well I never received the product so can’t really rate them can I.

Quick delivery and good products available
Quick delivery with ongoing updates for status of the package. Pricing is reasonable, but understandable due to some limited availability. Continue with some of the good sales and I’ll continue purchasing as it offsets the price of shipping. No issues with ordering as well, very simple.
