I was having some technical issues and I did mistakes installing credentials on tv and my tablet and frustration was taking over me but their tech support guided me through and solved all my issues Great customer service and awesome customer service

Customer service is top tier. Expedited responses to all of my inquiries. I was using another service and continue to have problems with buffing, pixel pictures, program muting, freezing and switching channels in the middle of a program. I tried Optictv for 1/2 a day with not ONE issue. I was convinced to switch immediately. So far im extremely satisfied woth the service. Now I have to switch all my people over to Optictv!

If I could give more stars I would. Would definitely recommend Optictv to anyone. I am not that tech Savvy and any questions I have had they respond really quickly. They have helped me with setup and if I don't understand anything they help me with it.👍

I have only had opticiptv a few days but it is above and beyond any of the many services I have used over the years. Customer service is off the chain and it's easy to pay. 4K channels and no buffering so far. Easily the best service I have used but its still early before I can be sure it is the absolute best!

OpticTV is literally the best IPTV service that I have ever seen so far. The customer service is quick and reliable and the service is very stable with no buffering as promised.
