Mold and bad customer service
Disgusting and full of mold. I order 3 ounces of 3 different strains. Upon arrival there was mold on each strain. I contacted customer service who ultimately denied there being mold, after zooming in and sending back their only response was “we can’t give you refund unless we received back the product”.I’m in a state where I am allowed to receive thca but not ship it out of my state or purchase in my state. I’m still fighting the charge with my bank. They think they can ship moldy products to people and keep your money. Be careful and inspect your buds! Edit in response: I am not a scammer! and yes, this has happened with other companies cause I’ve been searching for better one that isn’t shipping mold! I never declined your offer to resend the product. I actually stated before you sent your last email that I’m in a state that I cannot ship out of comfortably knowing the current laws. I actually never even responded to your last email. I have pictures and proof of your product being molded and I still have it here molding as it currently sits. I sent you clear evidence of your product being molded and I still have it. Say what you want. But I still have the proof right in front of me. The pictures are not different. You guys are liars and I don’t care if you suspend my account I wouldn’t do business with your company again anyways. Edit again: maybe if you actually read my reviews only one of the other ones is about mold and that’s JK distro and I’ve been doing business with them for a long time and recently there has been a mold outbreak. The other company Dopethc if you would like to know and reread the review, it was not about mold! They had no mold in their product. Edit again: you see I’m leaving my original responses and you keep editing yours. I’m not a scammer just because I did a charge back. I tried another company which was you and you initially sent me mold the first time I received product from you.

P.S. BE AWARE OF THIS SCAMMER :) Upon reviewing Nick's Trustpilot account, we found that he has left 1-star reviews for three other cannabis companies. Based on these reviews, it appears he purchased flower from not only us but also several other cannabis companies in December, claiming that all of the products from those companies contained mold. Interestingly, he made the same claim with each company. This pattern of behavior strongly suggests a recurring scam by Nick. As far as our policy: We inspected the flower batch Nick received, and none of the flowers showed any signs of mold. Nick did send us a picture, but it appeared to be the same bud shown repeatedly, and it didn't resemble the strain you purchased from us, but ok we still tried to resolve this and help him out. When we spoke with Nick to resolve this matter, we offered a free return label—a completely legal and simple process—so he could send the product back for inspection. Upon receipt, we would have issued a replacement or refund, along with some complimentary product for your inconvenience. He declined this offer, stating that you couldn't ship it back, which isn't accurate since he would have been using our prepaid return label. Given these circumstances, this appears to be an attempt to obtain free product. Regarding the bank dispute, we will submit a statement and provide your bank with the appropriate documentation. Due to this fraudulent activity, Nicks account has been suspended.
