Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We’re sorry your shipment took longer to arrive than expected. As discussed in our previous email correspondence, the shipping address provided at checkout was a P.O. Box. Because UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, we were required to change the shipment to USPS Priority Mail, which typically has longer and less predictable transit times. We communicated this and offered to send a replacement if the package stopped moving in transit and if a physical street address could be provided. While we understand your frustration with the delivery delay, the order was shipped using the only carrier compatible with the address provided, and the transit time after USPS accepted the package was unfortunately outside of our control.
