My package was stolen and I reached out to customer service just to see if they were able to track it as well as USPS. I am still waiting for USPS to respond but ORTTU customer service quickly responded and were proactive in solving my issues. They even followed up without having me to initiate it. Great customer service experience.

I have ordered several times from ORTTU and it seems the quality of the clothes is very inconsistent. Some look and feel like good quality, other times the material looks and feels cheap. When it’s the latter I have had to return items and this is where you run into issues. On one occasion I returned the item but they sat on issuing (store credit) for almost two weeks until I reached out to inquire. Most recently they indicated a swimsuit, which has never been worn (it seems I ordered XS in error when I am size M) for hygiene reasons even tho it has not been touched. When I attempted to do an exchange on other items you have to spend countless time on the app to find out not all of the inventory is available for an exchange, but even if it shows available to purchase if you go on the regular screen. This seems a bit scammy like they are trying to limit your choices for their inventory purposes. If you reach out to customer service they seem polite enough and answer within a reasonable time, but offer no real solutions. If you have to return for a refund, then you get hit with unreasonable fees. If you order and are happy with your order, then it’s great! Otherwise good luck. I canceled my membership. The app and website also needs work.

Communication was instant and there was a minor error but adjusted immediately! I will keep ordering from you guys, however some of the sizes are cut a little big other than that quality is amazing ! Go a size down unless your thick and you will look amazing everytime😍😍😍 Love Orttu!
