Scam Artists

Ordered a gaming headset through them, and what I received wasn't it. When asked for the correct product, was offered a 15% refund and "we'll let you keep the product, It's actually an improvement!" (Checked the specs, it's not. Vastly inferior in fact.) Told them no, I want a full refund now since they obviously lied. They said they would, and it would take 10 days. The only thing they did was inform Google Shop it was refunded. (Google Shop did NOT handle the payment, Osmo did.) Checked with my bank two weeks later and found no refund was issued. Had them issue a chargeback. Oh, and for anyone who gets the run around from them about returning a product when they pull this, at least on the US side: It is the Federal Trade Commission and the Uniform Commercial Code rules and regs that state that THEY have to provide a way to return the product at THEIR expense, not yours. And come to find out that the headset they had on their site isn't even theirs. They're using pics from other companies and just relabeling it as their own, then send a crappier product. (Even the headset they sent isn't even theirs.) I have informed FIFINE, the real manufactures of the headset, about their product and intellectual property being misused in this way.

Ordered 2 routers. When paiement details entered i could buy a second with even more reducted prize. However was not able to return. This is not really a nice gesture. Would have preferred to know this before.

Ordered a weather station. Picture look like one i have. It was nothing like picture. Quarter the size cheap face. Returns are on you. You think your buying American, but return is to UK. Cost more to return than the product. Did get 60% refund. It's still a POS.

Ordered a OSMO GPS Tracker

Ordered a OSMO GPS Tracker. Well delivered and their manual was ok. But the combination tracker, needed extra data SIM and installing everything took some time and efforts.` for example: how to put the sim in the tracker was already a puzzle for me. At the end everything went allright and can I use the tracker as proposed. So am I a satisfied customer.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM Buyer Beware!

I purchased the product from what appeared to be a US website, but when I wanted to return it, I was told to return it to the UK. The shipping rate for the return was $167 and the item cost $169.99. When I contacted the company, I was told it wasn't Osmo, but was an auction house and they had no info about Osmo.
