After many attempts to make right a customization, I suggested we not make the same mistake again. I was given credit for the item and used it to purchase a Spiritual Beaded Bracelet. This bracelet is very nice with a durable functioning clasp. I have other 8mm bracelets and this one base slightly larger beads that I like. I was done after the first purchase that went wrong, but my faith is restored in the products and their customer service.

For years now, I’ve been wanting to get a bead bracelet. I’ve looked at a lot of different jewelry stores and online stores and haven’t been able to really find one that I liked. I was online doing some searching and came across this company Ottasilver. They had a very extensive inventory of different bead bracelets. I was wanting one with a deep blue color and found the lapis blue and blue tiger eye. I ended up getting the blue tiger eye, and I must say I’m very impressed with the quality of the bracelet. The item arrived meticulously packaged in a very presentable fashion. More than likely. I will buy another one because Quality is very good and for the price, I don’t think you can beat it.

I really like Ottasilver

I really like Ottasilver, the only con so far is shipping was not as fast as expected, took 3weeks. The pros are... seems like the product is solid and will hold up, better than the cheap stuff that's every where. I will say the customer service is on top of things. Size wise it right on, so don't think they run a tic over...my bracelet said up to 8in I measure 7 and7/8 and it fit absolutely perfect anything over 8 would not work. Over all I was excited with the howlite bracelet.
