Maybe pick another vendor..
I was please with this initial customer service though disappointed with the container sent. The manager agreed to compensate me for the condition of the product and here I am almost 3 weeks later still waiting for the credit. Choose another provider and save the hardship.

We at Phantom Fireworks in Seabrook NH…
We at Phantom Fireworks in Seabrook NH have been using Pac Van for many many years, from back when Dave was the owner. We have always been satisfied with their service. We wouldn't want any leaks that's for sure and have never had one. Their containers are always in great condition. This year we got all new ones! We always have gotten between 15 and 25 every year for a two month period. Everything is always done in a timely manner and all of the employees are very nice! We give Pac Van five stars and would give more if available. Thanks April

Completely satisfied experience from beginning to end. Delivery was perfect too
Great service!
My situation was dynamic
My situation was dynamic where I needed two containers delivered nearly opposite in direction from one another. Robert Calabrese was extremely helpful and was able to accommodate our needs. They were met in two ways. The size of the units and time frame for delivery. The directions for payment were easy to follow and we are very happy with our purchases. If your in need of a container I strongly recommend this company. Thank You, Art Cornellier National Carpet and Flooring
