Don’t negotiate alone

Having a lawyer review your contract and provide recommendations gives credibility and sway when negotiating with your future employer. Don’t accept the common tactic used- “this is a standard contract for everyone, so just sign it”. I was able to get terms more favorable than I ever imagined while working with Dennis.

I had an incredible experience with Dennis. As someone coming out of residency, I've never had to deal with the legal jargon of medical professional contracts before. Dennis made the whole process incredibly simple. He was prompt and professional with his responses. I also purchased the tier of review where he will go through the addendums once they are made with you and we scheduled a meeting over the phone where he explained in simple terms what certain sections of the contract meant.
