I have arthritis in my feet
I have arthritis in my feet, and it is a challenge to exercise, and sometimes the pain is in the way. However, generally, at least 80% of the time, all I have to do is rub the Relief rub on my ankle bones, and the pain stops in a few minutes.
Sleep gummies are great
Sleep gummies are great - the only thing that works to both help me fall asleep and stay asleep. The issue however is that lately they keep being out of stock, even though I’d been a long time subscription customer. It’s disappointing and I’ve had to look elsewhere.

I’ve used Palmetto Harmony for a few years now. I use their CBD balm and their CBD liquid Daily. I like that it’s USDA certified organic and grown locally. I order online and receive items in a timely manner. They are also packed well. I highly recommend this company.

Palmetto Harmony has been gold to me in dealing with pain in my joints related to arthritis and degenerative disease. I massage a small amount into my knee or hip or glutes and relief is soon to follow.
Better than any other product
Better than any other product that I've found; and I did a lot of research. A big deal: the USDA certification, and that the plants are grown here in the U.S. Also, the full spectrum product as well as the testing. Shipping could be improved. Seems to take a while to get to AZ from SC. It made a significant difference for me with sleep -even though I hadn't even realized I could use help in that way!
