Like other recent reviews on here, I ordered the “free” sampler pack which started “just help us cover shipping and handling”. That turned it to be $14.90. After 3 weeks, I get a tiny black plastic envelope in the mail (maybe 4”x6”) with a crushed box about 2”x2”x4” inside with 3 little pieces of junk in it. One tiny box with pictures the size of postage stamps and poor quality, a tiny book with letter-like sheets and a roll of “tape” that turned out to be just replica postage stamp stickers, not a “roll “ of tape that’s printed to look like stamps. No way this postage came close to $14.90, taking 3 weeks to get here. They are clearly making their money off shipping and handling fees and throw in 3 cheap pieces of junk. Must not have repeat customers unless they are paying for real products. I’m not wasting anymore money here. I’d leave 0 stars if I could! I’d post a pic if I could.
Hi Lynda, We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your sample pack and that the package arrived damaged. The sample pack itself is free, while the shipping and handling fee helps cover international shipping, packaging, handling, and fulfillment costs. We understand your concern and we’re sorry that the items received did not meet your expectations. We’d like to take a closer look at what happened with your order and the damaged packaging. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the items received, and our support team will be happy to review this further. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We will use it to improve the customer experience. Kind regards, PaperWrld Customer Support

I loved the packaging being in a waterproof bag, as it was raining when it finally arrived. I was just hoping it would've shipped a little faster, but I was just excited waiting for it, lol. Everything was beautifully packed! The best part was opening everything and seeing all the fun, new stuff I get to play with!
Hi Shannon, Thank you so much for your beautiful review! I was genuinely pleased with the amount of content in the box. However the box arrived rather smashed. The inside treasures redeemed it though
Hi Lisa, Thank you so much for your honest review. We’re really happy to hear that you loved the amount of content inside the box and that the treasures made up for the damaged packaging. We’re truly sorry that the box arrived smashed — this is not the presentation we want for our customers. I had zero difficulties. Didn't need to contact customer service. Browsing/shopping was great, with lots of suggestions alongside my chosen queries. Shipping was reasonably-priced and quick enough for my tastes. The items are beautiful, and to be honest, the astrology book is more beautiful than the pictures. Something about the printing quality is hard to convey in ad copy; this item is gorgeous! All in all, I'd consider shopping here much sooner thanks to this recent experience with shopping, delivery and product quality. Thanks.
Hi, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We’re truly happy to hear that your shopping experience was smooth, from browsing the website to receiving your order. It means a lot to know that the items exceeded your expectations, especially the astrology book. We completely agree that some details, like the printing quality and the feeling of the paper, are hard to fully capture in photos, so reading your words makes us very happy. We’re grateful for your support and hope your new PaperWrld treasures bring lots of inspiration to your creative projects. With love, The PaperWrld Team
It was a fun sample set of materials. I wish there had been more given the cost of shipping.

Wow! I received an offer in an ad to try #paperwrld and to only pay for shipping which was about $15. I received my package less than a week later and was amazed to find well over 200 pieces of high-quality stickers and ephemera for making cards or other art collages, plus 12 rolls of decorated washi tape. I am so pleased! This is a great collection and I’m very excited to use it. Thanks so much!
