The globe was broke off the base on receipt, fixable but very disappointing
Sorry to hear there was damage on arrival, this is the first we heard of this. Awards can arrive damaged at times, we certainly don't ship them out damaged, Glad you were able to easily fix
I've ordered from your company for the past 3 years and each order has been processed quickly and correctly. I've come to trust Paradise Awards and recommended you to my friends. Your quality is unmatched as well as your speed of service!
Glad to hear you are pleased with our awards and service, thanks for the nice review Lindy
This company is everything that a customer can ask for and a true pleasure to do business with. Paradise Awards is reminiscent of companies in the 90's where you can feel at ease and trust that they hold themselves to a high standard of excellence. Swift and easy communication, transparent pricing, extremely fast shipping. The awards are elegant and professional. Thank you so much for making our Award ceremony the talk of the town!
Thanks for the glowing review Mario, as we say, we like to treat our customers how we would want to be treated and I'm glad our staff is reflecting that attitude, have a blessed day
I've ordered from Paradise twice now. They are still very pleasant to work with, responsive, patient, and the quality of work is beautiful. I ordered a blue water drop plaque as a retirement gift and the colors were clean, true and beautiful. The lasering on the plaque was also beautiful. The lettering was balance, crisp and they did a fabulous job with lasering our company logo onto the plaque as well. Shipping is fast and item is very well packaged. Highly recommended and will order from here again for our next retiree.
Happy to hear you were happy with our product and services Annie, thanks for the detailed and nice review
Our team was very pleased with the design and quality of the award. I really appreciated being able to review my spelling after a digital version of the etching was created. Packaging was very substantial to ensure the award arrived safe and sound. Shipping was very prompt. Well done, Paradise!

Paradise Awards has been our vendor for an annual award. It's wonderful to be able to reach out each year and they have all of our information, provide proofs very quickly so they can get the order to production. Upon approval, they creasted the most beautiful award and got it shipped in very safe packaging.
The customer service was fantastic. The man who answered the phone was very helpful and patient with me. I found the same award at another site but went with your company because I could use my own Fed Ex number and the customer service. The art glass crystal was beyond my expectations!
Glad you were happy with the award and our service Tavonya, thanks for the nice review
Very responsive and accommodating to our request. They worked with us very quickly to find a product that would work.
Thanks for the business and nice review Madeleine
Fast service, quality products!
The order process was smooth and efficient. We even made some changes before production. The award on time and in one piece -thankfully. The piece is high quality, an incredibly beautiful green teardrop. Our COE was presented with this award at an industry event in front of thousands of people. This made an incredible impact. I would highly recommend Paradise Awards.
Glad to hear you were happy with our product and service Paul, thanks for the nice review

Happy to hear you were pleased with the award and our service Helene
Plaque was exactly what I envisioned. The roaring lion trophy was probably the most detailed trophy I’ve ever seen. Anything from the animal collection is really quality stuff! 10/10 would recommend!
Glad you hear you were happy with pir service and your Lion trophy Haydn, the supplier of the animals makes a very high quality product
Super responsive and fast! Great work on our 5K/10K Medals and Trophies.
