My initial experience with SpotOn…

My initial experience with SpotOn Capital support has been extremely disappointing. Response times have been unacceptably slow, and it has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone. When I finally did get through, it was clear there was confusion and a lack of organization around your own product and internal processes. There was also a system mix-up related to my request, which only added to the frustration. Most concerning, the representative I spoke with displayed an unprofessional attitude and ultimately hung up on me during the call. This is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your customer service standards. I expect a prompt follow-up to address this situation, along with clear steps your team will take to improve responsiveness, communication, and accountability moving forward.

Easy and quick

Easy and quick, entering the manual account number works better than trying to link through the system.I was getting the wheel a couple of times so I entered it manually, had to try a few times, logout as the app would not let you proceed. The funds were deposited the next day, it’s wonderful I just hope working with 9% less coming through DoorDash over the next few months will not hurt us too much, our margins are so slim! Special note that should be disclosed to the users, you will not have online access to your account for 24 hours, the account will still function normally it’s just a security thing whenever we link the account with an external party! A phone call to the bank will fix this the next day!
