My Customer service experience with this company has been horrible, frankly, one of the worst. And the worst part is it seems AI driven. Either the responses are AI or someone is using AI to respond. So I cancelled my account on October 14, 2025. I received a cancellation email so naturally one would assume the account is cancelled. Well not according to them! What they told me is that because I cancelled a day after renewal, my account was not technically cancelled (even though I received an email confirming cancellation). Instead, they put my account in a lower-tier plan and kept my account active, without my knowledge or consent. If this isn't fraud, I truly don't know what it is. Not sure how they get away with this type of business practice. Never in my life have I experienced this. What normally happens after a request cancellation (in this case, after the renewal date) is they charge you for that month and then there are no more future charges. Some companies that have excellent customer service refund that month since only one day has passed and they can see you haven't used their service. But not this company. They stand firm that I did not cancel my account. Yes I requested the cancellation and received an email confirming the cancellation but apparently the cancellation did not go through and they moved my account to a lower tier plan.
