Why do you charged me, take my money and not give me the tickets. Its not my Bank fault, its your stupid website
Hi Haidee, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. We would like to clarify that our platform does not operate with a ticket system. Customers create their documents (such as paystubs or W-2 forms) and complete their purchase directly during checkout, so we are not certain if your comment is referring to our website. After reviewing our system, we were unable to identify any issue on our end related to your concern, and we also could not find any prior support request from you via our available channels. If there had been a problem with your order, our team would have been happy to assist you promptly if you had reached out to us. That said, we still want to help resolve this matter and make sure everything is clear. Our team will reach out to you via email to better understand the situation and assist you further. Warm regards, PayStubsNow Team
