This was the most convoluted process I have ever gone through. Couldn't link my bank to verify my account which I didn't understand I needed to do in the first place. Why??? And then finally someone tells me after 2 and 1/2 weeks that I can just give them a credit card but the first guy or first week told me I could not. Why did I need a credit card or bank card at all?. There are so many steps. It's insane. I was ready to slit my wrists.
