Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the platform is extremely user-friendly and fast, making editing and converting documents exceptionally simple. Many people appreciate the clear interface, intuitive icons, and how helpful the tools are for managing various daily tasks efficiently. Some people were dissatisfied with unexpected fees, noting that costs were only disclosed after spending considerable time working on their files. Consumers also mentioned serious concerns about recurring subscription charges starting automatically after trial periods without clear prior warnings. Reviewers stated that cancellation processes and attempting to contact support for assistance proved to be frustrating experiences.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. Was easy and not too expensive with the trial. The only thing is I put everything together thinking it was free only to find out it wasn't free. But after working on it for 30 minutes I decided to just pay. The trial is reasonable but the full subscription costs too much for me.

My family has many files from TX land and survey online, public domain, the files were password protected to just print. I needed to reset the PDF password to print these for our estate planning. This tool was wonderful, kept me from print screening many docs page by page to print. Love this tool
