Mediocre grade (3/5). Like the software very much, but disappointed with their technical support. Experiencing a problem printing PDF documents received from others (no problems printing the same documents using other PDF editors/software) wherein the software would freeze as you were about to select the printer - which sometimes necessitated rebooting the computer to get it "unstuck". After some experimentation, for whatever reason, I found that if I used the printer icon at the top of the page, the software was prone to freezing. However, if I use the "File", and then "Print" option, it works fine. Wrote their tech support a couple of times - got a couple of responses, then they "died on the vine", and I never heard from them again. So, if you experience the same printing problem, the above remedy seems to work. In general, the software is good, but their tech support team needs some fine-tuning.
