When pkg was received there were no fasteners to put it together. Very disappointing, but contacted company they sent whole new set up and did not have to return original pkg. Which was very much appreciated Thank.you Terry

I never received the product! It was supposed to be delivered by Fed Ex on Thursday, July 2nd. Then I was notified that there was a delay and rescheduled for Monday, July 6th. Over the weekend I got a new notice that the order could not be found. I am extremely disappointed ☹️

The delivery was timely, but the product was a life saver. After my husband's hip surgery, I was concerned about how to bath him in our tub shower combo. The chair makes it so easy to transfer him from the outside to the inside of the tub. Which is a lot to say for two people in their 70's. After researching and reading reviews, I purchased this Pelogon adjustable toilet safety rail for my 99 year old mother. We needed to replace a free-standing safety frame as we were concerned that she would get her foot or walker caught in it and fall. This Pelogon product was easy to put together and attach to the toilet. It fits well on her standard oval, elongated toilet bowl and is very stable. To test it, I put my weight on each side and pushed down and it does not raise up. She feels safer. I do not think the L-shaped hooks that provide stability would have fit well on an older round toilet bowl in another bathroom. I do wish the arms extended another inch or two so she didn't have to reach back so far to grab them when sitting down.

The toilet unit was adjustable for my space, my height, and width. All units were assembled easily. Good instructions. The construction is sturdy and able to take me weight. It feels good when I'm seated. No complaints, really.

Wow...I had a question regarding what size cane tips my new cane needed (I was unable to find the information on Amazon's site or the manual that came with the cane) and you folks not only got back to me within 24 hours but indicated that you would revise the Amazon site and manual as well to include the information! One of the brakes was set too close and preventing the wheel from moving smoothly. A call to support provided a quick and easy resolution by easing a bit more of the cable from the rotator leg. The customer service took a couple of tries to get through but otherwise was helpful and polite.
