I have been working with them for several years now. The quality has improved exponentially, and they are always striving to meet the requirements of the businesses they work with. I went to the showroom, and they greeted me with such care and respect. I recommended. I will be coming back hopefully anytime soon.
The pilates equipment is very strong and good especially with the new upgraded rails and frames....the personnel that helps you with questions reply very guickly back and alway assist where possible and answer all the questions I always asked....the prices is also good and affordable 💫
Despite the huge time difference the service was always really good. They helped me and gave me advice on everything based on their experience. The delivery was slow, but it was expected given political pressure on duty fees. The equipment is very high quality and my customers greatly appreciate it. When delivered at my door there was no people to unload the truck so I had to figure out myself, but that was more on the delivery agency than from the manufacturers. Overall great experience
Great customer service with communication through WhatsApp. The reformer’s and Pilates chairs are top quality. Excellent products!
