Easy ordering & great customer service
I love the ease of ordering, uploading/sending in my prescription(s), and communicating with their customer service. If there's an issue, I get a response right away, and they actually read the email. They understand what you want or need. They find a solution or do their best to figure something out.

Lenses exactly as described, sold at great prices, arrived in a timely fashion, even though the postal service had major interruptions, and my prescription is always in stock. Perfect lens word is the best! Thank you!!!!

I always am so glad to receive my contacts from Perfect Lens World because I've never had any issues but THIS TIME I even got a free desk calendar! Which you're probably thinking, really? You're giving them a good review for a desk calendar? And to that I say no, I'm giving them a 5 star review because they consistently have always been the best from their order process, to their customer service, to their delivery.

It is so simple
It is so simple, fast and easy for me to order my contacts from these guys! Especially since I don't have any kind of eye/vision insurance to go to the eye doctor. I know my prescription though so it's wonderful for people who need contacts but don't have a current or up to date prescription! Thank you 🙏🏼 perfect lens world!!

Unfortunately my last experience was…
Unfortunately my last experience was terrible! I’ve used this company in the past with no issues and have chosen to select my past order as a re-order. I issued a concern as I received two of the same boxes and I have to order a different box for my right and left. I was basically responded back by being told to bad - it’s my own fault and didn’t offer me anything! So very dissatisfied!!!
