Eternity came perfectly fine. But I never got the eternity. The box came to open and escape was gone. That was my Mother’s Day gift. I’ll never buy anything again so disappointed they wouldn’t even give me my refund back. They wanted to give me credit that’s terrible my fault it didn’t come in the box and the weirdest thing was the person that delivered it and never even took a picture of the box.

Every time I request that the package I am purchasing be shipped via USPS, I am invariably told that this is not possible because the system automatically determines the shipping carrier. It might select FedEx or UPS, but those companies are unreliable and ineffective; they simply leave packages at the front door. Since I live in an apartment, the packages get stolen from there. Consequently, the only reliable carrier is USPS, as they deposit packages into a secure, locked parcel locker. Therefore, you need to improve this system and accommodate the specific shipping requests that customers make when purchasing a product. Therefore, it is unlikely that I will buy from this company—Perfume Empire—again.
