My consults with Beth, my health coach, and Erin, my dietitian have been have been so very helpful. I am so grateful for the excellent advice and encouragement both of them have provided me. As a diabetic, I sometimes can get discouraged when I can’t keep my blood sugars in my goal range. Connecting with Perry Health has helped me so much in that regard, from the the reliable glucometer and supplies they have provided me, and the guidance from the fine staff. Perry Health is excellent. I was paying for my meter, lancets, strips and control solutions out of my own pocket because my preferred pharmacy had the meter paid by Medicare B but no other supplies above. I have met with the Coach by phone and we have set some goals. His interaction with me was excellent. I soon will talk to a Registered Dietician. Last saw a dietician aprrox 2 years ago so much needed. I soon will talk to my nurse and she will review my BGS and meds. Easy to use meter, etc. Excellent-my sister referred Perry Health to me.
