PetCanva

Great experience

The quality of your work has declined but not the prices

The quality of the iPhone 13 case and the way the art looked on the phone case is far inferior to what I received a year or two ago when I got one for my iPhone 11 and the dog in. The art for the 11 was printed onto the case and the whole case was the background color I chose. On the 13 it was a clear case with a printed sticker. The dog in the image is no longer living. So your crap work not only made me feel like I wasted my money it also broke my heart.

Easy checkout; too many distractions

It was a pretty easy checkout. A few too many ads though and distractions. Made the site feel less professional. Possibly even less trustworthy.

Everything I get with you guys as beautiful

Cheap Quality Mugs

Ordered a custom artwork mug with me and my dog. For the price it was poor quality and didn't look like the example piece. The artwork was smaller than expected and mug was cheap. There was no tracking for international shipping either.

Love all their products

Love all their products, great quality and awesome customer service

Too Many pop ups

This is no reflection on the company's products or their customer service, neither of which I have experienced yet. But, I feel there were more interruptions from pop up solicitations during the shopping and purchase process on this site than I have ever experienced. It was becoming an irritation by the time I finished shopping and I was close to discontinuing my purchase.

Beautiful Blanket

Gorgeous, soft blanket of my pups! Looks like a piece of artwork!

Fantastic

I've purchased off of Pet Canva twice now and each time the quality has been superb. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a way to some more pet in your life. I bought the King size Sherpa blanket, mouse pads and a mug. All three items are great with very high quality. Plus the personal customization options are awesome and really allow for a personal feel on your product. The process of art approval is very easy and any adjustments you want done can be requested. I did receive a mug with the incorrect pets on my first purchase but the issue was resolved quickly and the mug was refunded even though they still shipped the right one.
