Always had a Great experience with them i am ordering cat litter, food accessories since they are on-line but now their store at lahore defense road is up to mark. Best thing is they dont overprice any thing.

I had amazing experience with my purchase. They deliveeed really fast. They packaged everything really securely as well. My cat is loving the products instantly.
They charged 1000 for cat deworming
They charged 1000 for cat deworming, the tablet only costs Rs 500 and I had 2 cats that are given only 1 tab, half each. Still they charged Rs 2000 for it. Moreover, they also increased the prices of other items such as dental gel and drops and I was not even given a recept for what I was charged for. Ridiculously expensive items.

They are frauds
They are frauds, I can't reach any of their number, only mode of communication is WhatsApp, and if they are in mood they will talk to you, other wise you are talking to a wall, it's been 2 weeks I haven't received my parcel yet, my biggest mistake of life is to trust them and paid in advance..

Unresponsive their numbers, WhatsApp and everything is just useless, I placed an order days ago, paid in advance, and since then I can't contact them. They're a scam, stay away.

Worst website for pets. Every time I order products from this website they always told me that,"Madam everything you ordered is out of stock or available in Lahore and Islamabad".Every time no products are available in karachi whereas the products I order are all shown instock in their website.

Extremely disappointed with PetsOne.Pk🐾 Ordered pet supplies 4 days ago, paid extra for 3-day delivery, and now they’re claiming they’ve lost it 🙄. Even after paying extra for 3-day delivery, it’s now been 5 days they are still giving excuses and ignoring texts . This is beyond pathetic! Never ordering here again.
