I purchased the large street sign for Mother’s Day and it arrived in time. She loves it!! (Bought her one of these a few years back.) She specifically asked for another one as she lives on a ranch and wanted to name another driveway. Good quality sign and quick shipping. Would recommend to anyone looking for a unique gift.
Wonderful quality clock! And EXCELLENT customer service. Our first package was lost. Not sure if it was stolen or usps lost it. After reaching out to the company they quickly sent us a new one with no hassle or extra cost. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Great quality! Love the metal prints. Shipping was steep but I’ll order more
Service average. Tracking zero. Delivery minus one

About a month ago I saw a groupon for a custom metal clock. Once I saw the piece I figured I'd give it a shot. I ordered the clock and literally recieved it in about a week. It was beautiful and my wife loved it. My mother in law loved the clock so much, I purchased another one for her. A few weeks later I purchased a 16×20 canvas picture and it was tremendous. Now that I know the quality of the products are so great, I will be getting a canvas of my wedding photo. I haven't been able to find better pricing and such fast shipping anywhere.
I purchased a 12" circle metal picture of my dog who passed away in Feb. The picture is WONDERFUL, I feel like he is looking at me, a wonderful memory for me. I liked it so much I got another print for our winter residence too. I just placed a order for a friend who lost her dog also in March, I know she will enjoy it. The service was GREAT, placed the order and had the picture delivered with in 7 to 10 days. Website was very user friendly, making placing the order fast and painless. I will be showing my picture to others and will suggest that they try Picture It Custom.
Smooth experience. Looks great!
Love mu picture clock
Nice picture clock for the monies. Take your time using the right picture!
The sign that I received looked like an actual street sign. My son was very pleased with it using his last name to name the Blvd. It made him happy and therefore I was very pleased with its production.
They shipped it quickly and it looks great. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the clock stopped working. Tried switching the battery but hmmm don’t know what happened to it. It’s still beautiful 😊
Beautiful clock, arrived a day late, when I received it one of the corners were dog eared
does not seat well on the wall, hard to turn clock wheel, needs a frame
Richard, We do not sell frames for our custom clocks. The clocks are hung by the mechanism on the back of the clock. If you are still experiencing issues, please call our office at your earliest convenience. 865.951.0511 -Customer Service
The product is done well and exactly as I expected.
Very please with my purchases! Great quality and each order arrived faster than expected.
Great value. Only feedback would be that the image adjustment tools as far a zoom and center could use a little refinement.
Ordered the 12” circle clock to use in the kids play room. It arrived within the stated time and looks great! I thought it was missing the hanging material but when I called the 800 number I was informed it was built into the battery pack. I never noticed it and so glad I called! Will definitely consider this product again as a gift!
Very pleased! Love the quality. Unfortunately the first delivery was damaged in transit, but they were very helpful and offered to redo the order. I will definitely buy again from them.
I got this for my mom for Mother's day. It is the perfect gift for the mom who cherishes her family more than anything else.
I ordered the 8 page 4x6 wooden book! Great price and amazing quality. I was a little nervous because you never know how pictures are going to turn out but it came out really great! I did it all through my phone as well. Super easy process and fast shipping even with the basic.
