What people say

It was very informative

It was very informative! except for - well, we will get to that after a bit. Information for the Aircraft and Props, Batteries and camera were very well presented! Now, back to that little exception - The ND FILTERS! Shows that he had one, very quickly takes it off - then nothing more about it. Not how to remove or install or even what they are. Yes, when you buy them you know (or should) what they are and what they are for. But install and removal should be shown as part of the aircraft.

Thank you, Keith! I will share this with the team.

Informative and easy to use format

Informative and easy to use format. The instructor provides the needed details without ever over-communiting the obvious, which keeps the flow interesting and easy pay attention for the duration of the overviews. I like the use of actual drones, with some slide content for specifics, but mostly interacting with the actual equiptment.

So far i have learned a lot and I’m…

So far i have learned a lot and I’m glad that i can increase the speed of the people/instructers talking to 1.75 and still understand them. This is pretty amazing stuff I’m learning about drones and drone safety before i start to fly.

Thank you, Logan!

It's a near guaranteed ticket to success. No question about it.

I struggled to do it on my own, but once I started taking courses from my main man Greg, I got my pilot's license in just a few months with only 30 minutes a day of studying or less. Not only does pilot institute provide easy to understand courses, they go above and beyond with extra materials that aren't strictly required for getting your license. Things to make your life easier, make you a safer pilot, and make the whole process quicker and easier. And that's not even getting into their other courses. I also recently finished the drone videography course, and it turned final cut pro from a daunting complex machine into an easy to use tool to get my videos edited in minutes. Every single video has comments that are personally responded to if you need help. They do a public Q&A session several times a month. There's a huge community of other trainees and pilots to talk to, organized by pilot institute. It's the BEST way to get into drone flying for business or fun, hands down, no contest.

Thank you, Houston!

so far so good

so far so good I passed my recreational pilots exam first time. I'm looking forward to starting my training for my commercial drone pilots certification. This course reminds of my advance skills training in the army air defense systems. The course seems to be designed to get you to the finish line of becoming a commercial pilot.
