I had the pleasure of speaking to an excellent customer service rep. I think her name was Amanda. I thoroughly enjoyed that conversation. It was informative and she really helped me out and I ended up buying two products of which one I had to return because I already had it and I was looking for a different kind of model and within seconds the refund was done. I like how they do things I mean the conversation, even though it was texting back back-and-forth, I felt as though it was real like I was there talking to her. I highly recommend them. They got a good selection. Their prices are reasonable compatible with other stores. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask that’s what they’re there for.

I didn’t pay for express shipping because they are advertising that they ship same day even with a sale going on. The express shipping was only the actual processing time, or so it was advertised. 10 day shipping and so far 5 days of just waiting on the product to be shipping is ridiculous.

Promotional marketing emails are NOT discrete!
I appreciate the discreet billing and shipping, which is one of the reasons I chose PinkCherry. However, I took off one star because the promotional emails are not discreet at all. They include images of adult toys and other products, which defeats the purpose of being a discreet vendor. I hope they consider offering more privacy-conscious email marketing or allowing customers to opt into a more discreet email format.
