Halted US Operations and Refund Never Received

Purchased two trading accounts and at first things were going well. I received an email on 06/04/25 stating the company is halting US operations due to Ctrader. The email also stated that they will resume within 30 business days. Months went by with false promises. I then initiated my refund on 9/17/25 and was told it's in progress. I have been emailing for an update and reached out via support with no resolve. To date I have still not received my refund for my two accounts nor given an update. Also, US trading is still not available and I have not received my payout or the free account as promised. Update: I have received a refund for one of my accounts. Still pending the second refund.

Understood why people call them shitfarm 💩

Banned me for one of the stupidest reason as i was about to reach rank 4 and they had to give me 400$ voucher. On march 25, i won a giveaway and a person gave me card, i tried and it obviously declined. After march i purchased 20 more accounts till date and they banned me now for this reason that i couldn’t verify the card. What a clown firm.

All companies prohibit using another person's payment card, especially one that you see posted on the internet. It is our right to decline providing services to individuals who risk harming the business with credit card fraud risks. This issue lies solely with you and your behaviour, breaching basic terms and conditions.

Hi Sohail, if you're referring to the 20 minutes of weekend maintenance on crypto price feeds, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please open a support ticket so our team can refund any losses.

I’ve been trading at pipfarm for about…

I’ve been trading at pipfarm for about 9 months now, funded the whole time. I want to say its one of the best firms with the best support team and they pay if you follow all rules no doubt. My only point of contention is their 90% RULE. This one seems to be the dealbreaker fore me otherwise they are all good. Hope they remove the rule soon but if your’e fine with it then works

I got an 100k account after I passed and I am to get my funded account you cancelled it and closed it down and your reason was that my dollar card was used by another user to purchase account, and you said you will refund me after passing phase 1 and 2 .while I was waiting for my refund you removed from your discord and banned me , messaged you with another account and the same thing . This people are fraudsters . You collect your account and now going to keep my money .NO never.

Like all other companies in our industry, it's against our terms and conditions to use another person's payment method to purchase challenges, as this is generally associated with payment fraud. Hence, we refunded the payment and terminated services upon discovery.

Pipfarm Manipulates Spreads and Stop-Losses During Rollover

Pipfarm shows clear signs of market manipulation through bid–ask pricing. I have experienced this twice, most notably when holding positions through the Rollover period: price action on the chart repeatedly hunted stop-loss levels. The broker actively widened spreads to trigger stop losses and forcibly liquidate positions. This is an extremely poor and non-transparent experience, making this broker unsuitable for long-term trading.

Hello, this is a normal occurrence during rollover as liquidity becomes extremely low. If you intend to hold positions overnight, you should be aware of this and manage your trades accordingly.

They closedy position in 10k account…

They closedy position in 10k account when it was only in 40 dollars loss. My money was more than 10000 when I opened the position. Can a 10038 account by closed by 40$ los! I send tons of emails but they didn't give my loss back! They said Ctrader sets the stop out. I contacted Ctrader and they said no. The prop sets that. I asked PipFarm where in the RULES you said that they did not aswer WHERE!!!! My first and last experience with them. Also, spreads are horribly high. All screenshots of the position, messages are available. I had the same position on 6 other prop account with same size, not a problem. 40$ is even less than a 0.5 of the account size!!!

Hi Edris, as our support team tried to explain to you, your trade was closed due to a stop-out. This is when your free margin falls below the stop-out level (100%). While we set the level, it's a feature executed by the trading platform. Your current margin usage and our stop-out level are transparently displayed on the platform.

Untrustworthy Firm – Don’t Fall for Pipfarm

I did withdraw from Pipfarm in the beginning, but once I made a decent profit of $4,000, that’s when they showed their real face. They refused my payout, forced me to make another $4,000, and then used excuses to avoid paying. Their so-called Killer Switch is useless – my stop loss was $46 away and they still didn’t honor it. They never compensated either. Be very careful: They might let you withdraw small amounts ($100–500) just to lure you in. But once you build a bigger profit, you won’t see a single penny. I have lost all trust in Pipfarm. They manipulate, delay, and cheat their clients. Strong advice – don’t waste your money here.

Stay away

Stay away! Only interested in selling BS gimmicks. Suspect they are having cash flow issues as they have limited weekly payouts to $5000. They also add new rules after you qualify for a funded account which makes it almost impossible to be profitable. Customer service takes 3-4 days to respond to queries. Much better options out there.

Team Risk Terrible

I was supposed to receive my payout two weeks ago, but suddenly on the payment day they claimed that I had two accounts and accused me of multi-account layering. In fact, I only have one account. Then they asked me to do an interview, but the schedule was very far away, almost on Friday of the following week. After the interview, the answer they promised within two days actually took longer, going past the next payout date. As a result, I missed my payout for two weeks. Then they promised to pay my payout the following Friday. But when Friday came, they suddenly said that my account had violated “consistency score manipulation,” even though they never mentioned that the week before. And I did not do such a thing. No matter what, my consistency score is 18%, far below the 25% target. I also have a friend who is a trader with a community of 2,000 members. Using PipFarm has been very exhausting. He was also directed to do an interview, and in his case, it was even worse: the account they claimed to be in violation was actually his old evaluation account, not the funded one. The risk team admitted their mistake, but the payout was still rejected, and he was still forced to go through an interview. I have updates and information about all of this.
