It was a fast process
It was a fast process. I’m just waiting on my money. The only thing I didn’t like was the lady who did my loan with me and had me sign the document. She was a little rude but other than that, it was a good process and I’m happy they approved me because I really needed it. I’ll be really happy once I get the funds. And I’ll come back and leave a better review.

Applied for a loan
Applied for a loan, they sent an email saying I was approved an amount, I signed all the forms then I call them to find out where my money is at and they tell me my application was denied....so why have someone sign all the loan agreement forms if they loan was never actually approved as that should be something that is signed AFTER the loan is officially approved!

Hi, I read a lot of good comments, and I personally received great service; the representative who helped me was very friendly and professional. The part that seems to be failing is the deposit—I was approved yesterday, but look at the time and I still haven't received anything. When I call, they say no one is available. I think I’ll have to cancel tomorrow; it’s for an emergency, and I haven't been able to get it sorted out.

There’s no way to check on a website our account balance , or how to keep track of payments . It’s hard to just keep calling with such little time in our busy day. I asked for my loan agreement documents as well. May 1 and June 1

They where rude on phone they said i would get the funds the same day I didn't I only borrow 200 bucks they wanted over a 1,500 back if u decide to pay for 12 months like wow that's over board for 200 bucks and still no deposit did first thing this morning bad customer service..
