All around great to work with a very persistent on the phone calls. I think I had 14 in less than two hours and I was doing was just checking something online trying to review for myself and instead of talking to someone I kept getting phone calls after phone calls but other than that not bad

The loan process went great, no problems, was fairly quick, and the customer service representative was very nice and pleasant to talk to, and kindly walked me through signing the loan agreement. Im also happy I got approved for a higher amount this time. I've had a very good experience with Post Lake Lending and grateful I got approved for the loan, as my car needs some repairs. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

I never received my pay during the bussiness hours. However they do have 3 hours to make it happen .

took a $200 loan out in a time of desperation, didn't read the fine print that said those $30 payments were weekly for a full year
All was going well. Had gotten approved! Signed the documents! The next day, I get an email to sign documents for my approval all over again! And this time, the amount was lower than the agreed upon amount from the day before! Is this even legal? They would want me to keep my word.
They are not giving me a means to pay them back early i just needed to loan for 4 days and they have not sent me a way to make payments since the start. I've email them and called them with 0 zero success. Its extremely frustrating since the fees are. Extremely high.
