So far my experience has been good. I am having to return the first part that I ordered, so I am just waiting for the return label to be sent so I can get it shipped off. I have already ordered the replacement part and currently it is saying that it will be delivered tomorrow. As soon as I am able to send back the first part and get my money back, I will be 100% happy.

Its not OEM quality-- don't use the SOFT bolts that come with((twist off!!) It'll work for a few starts.. If use sparingly hope wil last a couple years..Does spin motor well,,, Too soon

(I've tried calling, leaving voicemails, using their automatic call back and by using website email. Very disappointing experience thus far!
