Power Plate meals are a life saver for a person on the go trying to lose weight. They are the best alternative ever for fast food meals! They are also great for singles or couples who have trouble with not wanting to cook or cooking too much food for one or two people.
Thank you so much for your review, support, and being a customer of ours, Jan!!
I love the meals and especially the gluten free options because I have Celiac disease, perfect portions for me.
Thank you for your review and being a customer of ours, Brenda!!
Thank you so much for your review and ordering with us, Elizabeth!!
Good way not to over eat. Still a little light on the sauces that come with dinners
Thank you for your review and being a meal plan customer of ours, Brian!
Disappointed on how the meals showed up. Felt like they could’ve been boxed up more tightly, preventing them from sliding around. Because of that, some of my meals (enchiladas) are tore up. I do understand it’s being shipped ups, but for much shipping was, I’d expected a little better effort to make them secured inside.
We are so very sorry for this! This is something we don't like seeing and of course want our online customers experience to be great and receive their meals how they are supposed to! We will be in touch so we can make this right with you!!
Ordered my first delivery of meals for my son and I. Had a surgery and needed/wanted healthy, quick, pre-portioned meals that we would both eat. First delivery was mostly a success - one meal “exploded” (food everywhere) pre-delivery. I contacted PP and it was remedied above and beyond my expectation. Appreciated the quick, thoughtful response and the delicious meals. Just sent in for our second delivery!
Thank you so much for your review and ordering with us, Laurie!! We are honored to be able to help and glad you are enjoying the meals!!

I love PPM!! The ease of ordering and delivery is great. The meals are SO GOOD!! They honestly taste better than things I cook. PPM allows me to meet my macros and enjoy delicious food at the same time.

Website and ordering process is complicated. Website is tricky to coordinate and has tons of errors.
We truly value all customer feedback. We are so sorry for the issues you're having. Please email us at [email protected] if you need any help navigating or troubleshooting. We are currently working on creating a better customer experience when using our site.
I am a vegetarian, and since discovering this restaurant, I haven't had to worry about where to go when I'm too tired to cook my own meal. There is a good variety of meals, their power plate meal is so perfect, everything I love is in here without having to worry about my diet, I enjoy and love it. I will most certainly order again.
Thank you so much for your review, support, and being a customer of ours, Eden!
A bit of a disappointment. The cheesy cauliflower mash was very salty, the asparagus spears mushy and bruschetta chicken was very runny, too much extra liquid. Heated well and even, but the smell was off. This meal did not meet the high bar I have for meals from Power Plate.
Thank you for letting us know, Kevin! We will relay this back to our kitchen team to ensure we look over this meal.
My husband and I love the quality, freshness, and portion size of the meals. There is a good variety of meals, but I'd love to see more vegetarian/meatless options if possible. We have an infant at home, and these meals have made life for us so much easier! And we have both lost weight! The packaging on the meals occasionally becomes damaged in shipping, with sauces or food spilling out which is unfortunate. I also find the website to be overly complex/confusing, and some work needs to be done with initial ordering and the whole process in general. Overall, we love this meal subscription service and would happily recommend it to anyone!
Thank you so much for your review, support, and feedback, Minna!! We will let our team know more meatless/vegetarian options are requested. Please reach out to us at [email protected] if you ever have any issues with your orders. We are working on building a new website and look forward to launching that in the future. Thank you so very much for being a customer of ours! We are honored to be on your journey with you!!
I am so extremely impressed with Power Plate Meals!!!! Excellent tasting and the meal proportions are perfect!!! I live alone so this is just perfect for me to grab a home-cooked meal from the freezer and have a meal in less than 5 minutes. Very Very impressed! I will continue to support this company and the great meals they provide! I'm a new and satisfied customer!
Thank you for your review and being a new customer of ours, Sharon!! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the meals and the convenience of them! We do recommend thawing the meal from the freezer before heating for best quality, but you can always heat it up from frozen too. We look forward to meal prepping more for you!
Love the food. Awesome taste and great quality. Great for my macros diet and best thing is it is easy to pop in for lunch and delivery is a cinch!
Thank you for your review and being a customer of ours, Nathen! We are happy to hear you are enjoying the meals and finding them convenient!
Unfortunately the shipping came to the same cost as my meal plan so for me it ended up not be a good option. I reached out to the company and they quickly responded, apologized, and refunded me all of my money. The customer service was wonderful absolutely wonderful. If/when the shipping charges change I would love to support this business and order meal plans from them.
Thank you so very much for your review, Cory! We are so happy to hear this. We hope to offer more shipping options soon and look forward to you being a customer of ours!
Thank you so much for your review and being a meal plan customer of ours, Kimra! We are so happy to hear you are enjoying the meals!!
