With my age, I usually struggle with technology, but that wasn’t the case here. The support was clear and the instructions were easy to follow, so I was able to get it working almost instantly.

Understanding & Helpful!

As a brand new user, I've had to use the support feature twice and each time they were extremely helpful each time. The answers were detailed and easy to follow. Each time they took as much time as I needed to work though any troubleshooting.

Customer service and response time are incredible. My experience with the interface has been a bit buggy, but overall, I am very happy with the results and the access to data that has really helped

Social Stream works great

I use Powr's social stream to integrate my Instagram on my website and it works fantastic! I had problems integrating it into Joomla at first, but the support helped me very quickly.

A FANTASTIC SUPPORT LINE!

I am a volunteer for a non-profit organization and had some updates needed on our website, but was not sure how to do them. I contacted the POWR Supportline and they understood want I needed and got the updates made in no time. Prompt to respond and great follow up.

After comparing a ton of options

After comparing a ton of options, this one was clearly our best choice. What surprised me though was the customer service. With Apps it can be so hit and miss but these guys were all over it. Mithsou answered me quickly, followed up with me to check in, and then resolved our issue right away. These guys have integrity.

Customer Support's Quick Solution!

My problem is, I can't access my newly subscribed Starter Plan features. I emailed customer support and within less than a day, in about 3 hours, after I emailed them, customer support solved my problem! I can now access my subscribed Starter Plan's features! I reached out for support with the Google Embed of the POWR forum, and the representatives were so prompt and helpful in responding to me. They alerted me when fixes were made, and were receptive for my questions.

Easy to install

Easy to install a pop-up for my e-commerce Shopify website. Support was available and helpful when I had a question. Looking forward to checking out their other options for my business!

Ignored by Customer Service

Within an hour of signing up for a countdown plug in, it was realized it didn't work and I asked for a refund. Not only did I not get a refund, I have been charged a monthly fee every month since. Every month I have contacted Customer Service and asked to cancel and get a refund with no success on either.
