Skyler and Dalton did a great job - not only on time, but ahead of schedule, so we were able to get our fur baby home sooner than expected! Ragnar was clean, well hydrated, and well fed. And, he appeared pretty calm, so this is all evidence of excellent care en route. Strong work!

Pleasant arrival of my new family member
The driver was so pleasant. He was early and Mandy was delivered clean and very playful. He assisted in my first photos with Mandy. It felt like I was adopting a child. Timely, friendly and professional drivers
Buck and Gunner informed us a few hours prior to arrival that they would be arriving 1 hour early. They arrived, presented us with our cute little puppy, all of the associated paperwork, and the food and supplements from the breeder. The drivers were considerate and professional.
Grateful for their service
Buck and David delivered our new puppy ahead of schedule and when we received him he was clean and smelled delicious. They were kind and easy to communicate with. I’m very thankful the newest member of our family was well taken care of on his trip to his forever home.

They were amazing and took really good care of our maine coon kitten. We never used pet transport before but we are glad we did. We got our baby a day ahead of time. We recommend using them for transport.
Excellent communication and delivery
Buck and Gunner were great when I called them. I was wrong on the delivery time. They were kind, but I was 12 hours early. I was waiting with anticipation, and they called asking if they could come early because they were ahead of schedule. It was nice that they asked if okay or not. I was exhilarated. They verified who I was, brought all her records, and some food. One carried her to my porch and I fell in love. They seemed just as happy for me as I was. She was clean and smelled sweet like a perfect puppy. This was a great experience.

We were so worried about transport to our home, but Buck and Gunner delivered our furbaby here in Maine ready to play. They kept in contact with us the entire time of her journey. This service is fantastic! Nothing to fear with Premier!

Wonderful staff
They were wonderful with our puppy. When we met them there were several content puppies in the van. There was no howling or crying like there was with the delivery my first dog. My puppy is calm in the car. My first dog hates the car, she gets so anxious and cries. The guys were great and seemed to genuinely about the puppies.
