It took forever to get my last order. I had to make 3 calls to them to get it shipped to me. That's the first time I've had issues with them. Be a wear they don't respond to emails or FB messages, you have to call them.

DO NOT BUY HERE! My first time buying with them and I purchased bottles of Moët. ALL were flat. I emailed 3 times and left repeated messages. When they did answer, the tone was unbelievable. They immediately accused me of lying “everyone says they’re flat, how do we know they were flat, why did you open them all of one was flat”. I had a dinner party. This man on the phone was just grossly rude. Buy here if you can burn money. They hung up on me. That was how this interaction ended. Unbelievable.

I don't often spend a couple hundred dollars on whiskey. It was a special birthday gift for my adult son. I found Preet's online and decided to take the chance. Damn glad I did! They had the unusual item I was looking for and shipped it out. When it arrived at my son's home, it was in pristine condition due largely to the care they took in packaging it for shipment. From the packing material to the higher end, double lined corrugated boxes they used. Definitely above and beyond. They made a repeat customer!
