The company was great I made a mistake on my order and when I realized what I did they offered to give me a discount on my next report, which I ran the next day. The CS rep was amazing and they made it easy and hassle free. Thanks
Hi Rory, thank you for the detailed review!
Good site, but I recommend you purchase 2 stickers if you want a detailed report plus the window sticker. Otherwise you pay full price twice.
Hi Christine, thank you for the review!
Great experience, great service! Retrieve my report right away.

Hello Hazem, thank you for the review and for recommending us!
This is my first time using this service and I will be back. It's so easy to use and get your reports quickly. Now that I am aware of this service, you should be too.
A friend told me about this site as an option to get a window sticker on my 6-yr-oldvehicle, which I'm listing to sell. I LOVE THAT! So easy! And the chat help was quick to answer all my questions. Very reasonably priced when you're talking about being transparent to potential buyers. Makes YOU look GOOD!
easy and quick support, very responsive and easy transactions!
THE WEB SITE HAD SOME GLITCHES THE WAY I USED IT WITH PAYPAL AND TWO EMAIL ADDRESSES BUT THE CHAT PERSON, "SAM ADAMS" GOT ME THROUGH IT WITH PATIENCE, HE STUCK WITH ME.
I am selling a vehicle and the buyer wanted an original window sticker. The dealer could not provide one, so I found this website and was able to easily download an original window sticker. I recommend this website.
In the process of selling a car. The buyer requested a report and sticker. So...went online to obtain the info. It was VERY easy and detailed. When I had questions about how the process worked, I did a "chat" and had very good results....I think I was "chatting" with an actual person. Appreciate their service. I initially gave a 5 Star....my interactions were positive.... until I wanted to add a "sticker" to my order. I have now waited for over 7 hours for the sticker and still don't have it. I also believe that they "build" a sticker as opposed to accessing the original sticker. My car in nearly 20 years old, so it is understandable if they cannot access the original sticker...but they should disclose that at the start of the transaction.
My limited experience with this site was initially positive. The online chat person was very helpful in answering my questions and directing me to the appropriate product for my needs. When I received the product (A vehicle history report) it contained no useful information ( The service history was blank.) in comparison to the CarFax report I received which was mush more detailed.
Great service. Quick response and very useful information. Helped me made a decision on purchasing a used vehicle.
The customer service has been very helpful in setting up this platform
This is a great service to obtain the original window sticker. All you need is the VIN# and in minutes the sticker will arrive in your email. Thanks!
