Ive spoken to half a dozen different people each with their own personalities and all with the same culture towards customer service. You truly exemplify the essence of courteous, helpful and efficient attention to details. But mostly and the one that most business fail to regard as the most important feature, is the art of listening. Hope, nails it with flying colors, Bravo!

I didn’t like the idea of you people charging a fee of $35.00 , and I didn’t get any think to show for it no help whatsoever. I think you need to credit my credit card for that amount. And it took for ever to find out that I didn’t qualified for any help, even though my prescription for 30 days was $276.00, I can’t effort that kind of money..
I have been with Prescription Hope for years since my diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes and they have been more than wonderful in tending to my needs. Their affordable payments have kept me in paying comfortably with my medications and I hope they will continue to do so in the future.

This company has been a Godsend. I would never be able to afford my medication if it wasn't for them. My advocate is always up to date and gets in touch with me if I need any information. She's a pleasure to work with. 😊

I just found Prescription Hope due to my financial struggles. Although I have not received my first month yet, everyone I have dealt with has been AMAZING! They are all very knowledgeable, helpful, & empathetic. The process so far has been very simple due to their organization & quick response. It has been a huge relief for me knowing that I can now afford the medication I need due to my diabetes. Thank you, Prescription Hope & all the advocates for being my saving grace.
