I had a very difficult issue obtaining an EIN for my LLC. I spoke with several Prime representatives, but unfortunately, none of them were able to help me and simply continued following the same script. Then I had the good fortune of speaking with Aubrey. Because of her compassion, persistence, and willingness to advocate on my behalf, she kept me updated throughout the process and ultimately resolved my problem.
