I will NEVER recommend Prime Opinion to anyone. This app is a total waste of time and a complete scam!
My cashout has been stuck for the last 15 days, and I haven't received a single response from them. It literally feels like their customer support team is dead! It’s been 15 days and there is still zero resolution.
These European companies do nothing but fraud and drama in the name of customer service. They pretend to be a big international site, but the moment it’s time to pay out, they go completely ghost. First, they waste your time making you complete surveys, and when you request a cashout, they either put your account on hold or block your money.

Would not waste my time with this site. Customer service is shit and I’d be shocked if it wasn’t AI assistants I’ve dealt with. Constantly changing rewards, wiping progress. All I can say is stay away.

So, the problem I have is when using game apps on the site. Inhave been using one of their 'offers' for several days now. It was going well - I was well on the way to reaching the payout threshold (you have to accrue 1000 points before you're credited with a reward).
Last night I found that I couldn't access the game. I have contacted customer support and was furious to find out that the 'offer' can be withdrawn from a third party - this means I have spent many, many, hours wasting my time playing a game, watching thousands of crappy ads, and have received nothing for it.
This was my first attempt at trying to earn money through games. Needless to say, it will be my last. Don't see why I should generate income for a company for free. I would urge anyone to AVOID THIS AT ALL COSTS.
The only plus side is the survey section. There you can actually earn some money.
Shame, as at first I thought this was a 100% honest site. Obviously, they're not.

Ok so when I first started using prime…
Ok so when I first started using prime opinion it was great! I did surveys for them and they paid fast and more than any other site but recently I have been screwed over by them for rewards I’ve earned from the game milestones i achieved. I played games that they had on their site and I finished some of the accomplishments that should have rewarded me some small amounts were added immediately after I finished but then after I started getting into the larger amounts even though for the $2 reward the partners tracked my activity perfectly fine when it came to the larger rewards $8 and up they magically just out of the blue “stopped tracking” and prime makes me send in all the proof such as my google receipts to show I did what they had stipulated but even after I sent all the proof they asked for they say “we cannot pay you because the partner says they didn’t track the activity”!! They then tell me that I have to wait 3 business days to “see if the partner processes the reward” but it has NEVER taken 3 business days if they were going to pay the reward! I have been told multiple different things by their “customer service team” after I completed one offer and it didn’t get credited I had to wait 3 business days before they can “investigate” why I didn’t get the reward the reward has now changed to a lower value than when I was supposed to receive it but one of their chat agents told me that I have no need to worry it would be retroactive from when I should have received it and the next chat agent told me the partners have the right to change the amount of the reward anytime they feel like it! So even though I’m sure they’re not trying to ever pay my rewards to me I still have to wait 3 damn business days so they can give me the same crap line as before and that’s “we’re sorry you had this experience with prime but keep trying dont give up while this game didn’t work out there next one will” also the other standard line of bullshit they give me is this….”we don’t get paid for broken surveys either” and we’re sorry! Well here’s what I say to that bullshit response…. If you hire me to build you a fence and I turn around and hire a team to build it but you end up not paying me does that mean I’m not responsible for paying my team that I hired who actually did the job?? I don’t think so! No if I was hired to do something and I then hired someone to help do the job even if you don’t pay me I STILL HAVE TO PAY THE PERSON I HIRED!!!!! So that excuse is paper thin!! JUST PAY WHAT YOU OFFER WHEN SOMEONE COMPLETES A TASK ON YOUR SITE! And is it just me or does everyone get that generic response…. We’re sorry for any inconvenience you’ve had but wait 3 business days and if it hasn’t been credited we’ll then be able to “investigate” why! They are not going to pay me! I’m reporting them to the consumer protection department! And the better business bureau! I’m-sick of this crap! UPDATE: In response to primes answer on my review….I I have BEEN ASKING YOU TO MAKE THIS RIGHT BUT IM OBVIOUSLY STILL GETTING THE SAME GENERIC ANSWERS AS I GOT ON THIS REVIEW!! So PLEASE FIX THIS AND DO THE RIGHT THING GIVE ME MY REWARDS THAT I’VE EARNED FAIR AND SQUARE THANK YOU!!!!
