It’s pretty useful but when it comes to how much money you can make it’s how much time, effort, blood, sweat, and tears you’re willing to invest. Still it’s a good app; definitely my favourite out of all the survey apps and sites I’ve used.

Prime Opinion Won't Pay for A Completed Offer
I fully and verifiably completed an offer with Prime Opinion amd they said they cannot pay me because the offer was not tracked. The thing is I play on other sites and have never had an issue with an offer not being tracked. Also, I have all the screenshots and emails proving that I fully completed this offer. So even if they had an issue on their backend, I am able to prove down to the minute that the offer was fulfilled. I waited the full 3 business days and sent an email to their help desk and you just get generic replies saying if it wasn't tracked they can't do anything about it. Clearly they don't want to actually pay because I can prove with clear evidence that it was completed. I would highly recommend anyone from using this site for offers and use either Branded Surveys or Swagbucks. They are legitimate and stand behind their offers.
As you can see they send generic replies without even reading the post. I clearly said I waited 3 day business days and then was told I would not get my points despite clear evidence and proof it was fulfilled. I also emailed and didnt hear back. They have no interest in actually fixing the issue or they would have reached out to me personally

GAMES ‘NOT TRACKED’ WHEN REACHING HIGHER PAYOUTS LEVELS
Not for the first time, Prime Opinion suddenly have tracking issues when I reach higher payout levels. I have just spent 2 days providing account information, screenshots and videos of opening and closing the app and showing progress only to receive the standard response of ‘not tracked so nothing we can do’ I got 3 days ago. I have ensured that all stated requirements are complied with. It’s funny how the ads don’t stop playing at the same time so they continue to earn money from me without delivering what they promise. I restate that this isn’t the first time this has happened and I firmly believe that this is intentional on their part
Also, I am unable to send DM unless I’m registered as a business or you send a request
